Fascial Stretch Yoga Therapy (FSYT) was developed by Andrea Aymer after working in the health and wellness field for over 19 Years.  Her background in yoga, personal training, yoga therapeutics and fascial stretch therapy has allowed her to create a hands on approach that combines fascial stretch, manual therapy, breath work, rehab yoga movements and myofascial techniques.

This unique and customized approach empowers clients in their healing processs and requests them to remain actively engaged in their treatment and path to recovery.

Fascial stretch yoga therapy is taught as a complimentary system of health, not an alternative one.  It supports and works in conjunction with your normal medical/physio treatments, and we request that you continue your personal health regime as suggested bu your doctor or medical professional.


Fascial stretch yoga therapy sessions are facilitated on a one-on-one basis. 

Working on a private basis allows for a deeper understanding of our clients which will then allow for a personalized plan to be developed.
