I'm not here to give you a list of what to eat or not to eat, or send off a PDF of a meal plan for you to follow.  That won't get you anywhere.  Seriously, you'll print it off and it'll stay on a pile on your desk, or you'll follow my recommendations for a week and then something happens.

You get busy, life gets in the way, you get an extra assignment at work and those recommendations go out the window.

I get it.  You're busy and getting healthy shouldn't be complicated.


An exploration of foods in detail that will work for your body and your lifestyle.  Because it won't work if you go for a cookie cutter program.  Or you've tried that cookie cutter program, hell you've tried EVERY PROGRAM and have no results to show for it.

Since 2012, I've worked with clients with food intolerances, who've tried ever single diet our there and who just didn't know what they need to live a healthy and vibrant life.  No two clients are the same and what they need to eat and feel their best are totally different.  From teenagers to seniors, I've worked across the age spectrum and have realized that good health is available to everyone, not just a select few with good genes.

My story might sound similar to yours.


I'm not different than you.  I grew up with a skewed relationship to food as I looked for comfort in pastries and other baked goods.  You see, I put the utmost importance on being strong and stoic - nothing can ruffle my feathers, I'm tough, I can take this, bring it on world!


However, that mindset led me to overeat sweet goods as I looked for comfort and understanding in sweets rather than telling people how I felt.


I thought that by sharing, by getting mad and by rocking the boat I would appear weak and not strong.  So I hid myself and my feelings behind books, school, sports, art and even yoga.  I closed myself off by not sharing during the day and always binge eating pastries at night so I would feel better.  In the long run, it just made me feel worse.


Until I decided I needed to change.  I was sick and tired of literally being sick and tired, bloated all the time, 25 pounds overweight and scared out of my mind to speak up and assert myself.


So I dropped perfection, of doing it all or not at all and decided to commit to simple steps to bring myself back to feeling good.

I started to research -- knowledge is power right?  I read EVERYTHING that I could get my hands on - books, blogs, newsletters.  I signed up for webinars, weekend courses and eventually enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to uplevel my skills.  Always looking for answers, trying them out on myself and seeing how they worked for me.  I built my coaching practice from the ground up, using myself as my first client.

I've worked with clients across the age spectrum to discover what it is they really need to feel nourished and help them break down their relationship with food by giving them small edible chunks to implement in their life right now.

You bring me on board to guide you 1-on-1, this is going to give your experience a boost comparable to a double shot of espresso on a Saturday morning after a late Friday night.
This program will take you through a daily new health routine.  You are on full speed ahead and ready to take on a massive change in your life.  It is a fully loaded program that is custom tailored to you and to get you to all of your goals.
Here's the play by play:  (Though each and every one of my Clients is unique, this is a general run down.)
We have two sessions each month for the duration of your program spaced two weeks apart.
One 75 minute initial session and a 60 minute follow up session.  In addition, you get all my love through email support throughout the entire month and have access to a software program to keep you on track with creating new healthy habits to get you living and feeling great!



After I get a clear vision of what's going on with your health, body and lifestyle currently, I'll connect with you and ask you how you are doing, feeling and living.  Health histories and test results can only provide so much information when you are wanting to improve your lifestyle.  This is our initial 75 minute call together.  (This can be done through Zoom, Facetime, Skype or telephone).


We'll go way deep into your past, your present and your future -- what are you up to and what do you want to create?  we will look at relationships, family history, sicknesses and illnesses you've had over your lifetime and your emotional wellbeing.  Much if the time eating issues and struggle around food manifest around a single point in your life when you felt not worthy, not loved, shameful and/or broken.  Together we will work to gently uncover that.


I'll be gifting you a ton of handouts, ebooks, info packets, PDF's and videos to help you say laser focused and clear on your new lifestyle approach.


This is when I connect the dots and create a customized plan where your goals and lifestyle meet.  This is based on all the information you gave me in the health history and 1-on-1 interview.
